Shipping conditions
Delivery is made within Germany and to the following countries all over Europe. You are also welcome to buy your wares directly in our store.
Due to the necessary age check, the delivery of the articles is always made separately. This delivery must always be accepted by you personally. Please have your ID ready for this purpose. A handover to an authorized person is unfortunately not possible.
We ship exclusively by Deutsche Post, DHL Paket and Hermes. Shipping costs (including VAT)
Deliveries within Germany:
We ship smaller products with DHL Warenpost for 2,70 €.
DHL parcels are charged at a flat rate of 4.90 €.
From an order value of 150,00 € we deliver free of shipping costs.
For the shipment of oversized goods (forwarding shipment) we charge as follows:
Large goods with Hermes or DHL - 25,00 €
Large goods with forwarding agency - 79,90 €
Large goods are marked as such in the item description.
Deliveries overseas
We are happy to ship our products overseas. The flat rate for shipping will be calculated based on the delivery address, the country of delivery and the shipping method. Deliveries outside the countries shown by us is unfortunately not possible.
The amount of the applicable shipping costs can be found in the table below. Please note that the costs may change over time due to adjustments at our shipping service provider. Unfortunately we have no influence on this - we thank you for your understanding!

Delivery times
To ensure that your goods arrive in a few days, we always do our best to process and pack your order as quickly as possible. All orders received and paid by 6pm will be packed by us on the same day.
As far as in the article description no other period is indicated, the supply of the ware takes place Germany within 1 - 3 working days, with foreign supplies within 3 - 8 working days. When paying in advance, the delivery period begins only after registered receipt of payment.
Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
